Number 19 sailfish is a very spacious, comfortable house with heaps of parking. It has three bedrooms, 1 queen size bed, 1 double bed, 2 single bunks and 2 single beds. There is also a toilet, a laundry and a modern light and airy spacious bathroom with plenty of hot water.
The living area is modern open plan, with a dining area and a large modern kitchen equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, large fridge, a second fridge, separate pantry, and a load of bench space. A flat screen TV with blu-ray DVD is in the lounge area. The satellite antenna ensures good reception. Please feel free to bring your movies or play station etc and plug in. Two really comfy lounges provide plenty of seating.
The covered deck at the front of the house, which catches all the breezes has a 6 burner BBQ and an outdoor setting for 8 people ( plus extra chairs for visitors), and is all well lit for night time entertaining.
All bedrooms and living area have large ceiling fans and block out roller blinds to windows.
The laundry has an automatic washing machine and an upright freezer, and a private washing line out back. A lawn out front and parking for 3 vehicles with boats. Boats up to 7 mtrs in length are able to park on the property.
The house is self contained. The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. You need only bring your bed linen and consumables - everything else is provided for you. Line is available for hire at an additional charge. Please ask about this when making your booking.
The caretaker is in hand to help with any problems that may arise during your stay and will check the property between tenants.
Only a five minute walk to the beach and all the amenities of Coral Bay, a short drive to the boat launching facility.
